Terms and Conditions

At iSwim, we are committed to delivering outstanding swimming coaching to individuals of all ages and skill levels, fostering a safe, enjoyable, and enriching environment for everyone.

Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in iSwim Swimming Training Services L.L.C. ("the Club"), completing the registration process, and/or utilizing services, you ("the Client") agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. If you are enrolling on behalf of a minor as a parent or guardian, you accept these terms on their behalf.

Payment and Digital Consent

  • The Client agrees to compensate the Club for the Services as detailed upon online enrollment and as outlined in the provided invoice.

  • Completing the online payment and checking the "Agree to Terms & Conditions" box at the time of payment constitutes digital consent and agreement to these Terms, serving as a binding electronic contract between the Client and iSwim Swimming Club.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Clients may reschedule a lesson with no penalty if notification is provided 24 hours or more before the scheduled lesson.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling on the day of the scheduled lesson will result in a full charge for the session or a fine of 100 AED for rescheduling, respectively.

Same-Day Cancellation Criteria

A session is considered a same-day cancellation under the circumstances stipulated below, but not limited to:

  1. Pool Unavailability. The pool is closed or out of service.

  2. Unsuitable pool temperature for swimming (lower than 26°C for adults, lower than 28°C for kids). 

  3. Client No-Show. The Client did not arrive for the scheduled session.

  4. Late Rescheduling Requests. Rescheduling requests sent after 7 PM on the day prior to the booked session.

  5. Weather Conditions. Cancellations due to weather-related force majeure events. 

Refunds

Refunds are issued solely in instances where iSwim Swimming Club fails to provide the designated coach or a suitable alternative coach. 

Package Validity

  • Clients must complete the package of four sessions within four weeks from the date of purchase. 

  • The package of eight sessions must be completed within five weeks from the date of purchase.

  • The package of eleven sessions must be completed within six weeks from the date of purchase.

Package Freezing

A package may be frozen for up to two weeks due to medical conditions or travel, subject to prior approval from iSwim Swimming Club.

Liability and Force Majeure

The Club is not liable for session cancellations or the inability to deliver Services due to circumstances beyond our control, including pool closures, adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or any other force majeure events. While refunds will not be provided for such cancellations, alternative arrangements may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Disclaimer

Swimming is a physical activity with inherent risks. By enrolling in our Services, Clients acknowledge these risks and confirm they are medically fit to participate. iSwim Swimming Club is not liable for any injury or harm that may occur during the provision of our Services. It is the responsibility of the Client to ensure they are in good health and physically prepared to undertake swimming lessons. Clients are encouraged to consult with a healthcare provider before beginning any new physical activity.

Privacy Policy

Clients are encouraged to review our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect personal information.

Modifications to Terms & Conditions

iSwim Swimming Club reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued enrollment and payment after changes constitute acceptance of the new Terms.
